Well got my delivery from Dan, and I love these Karman Ghias. They sit low and fit the aurora t-jet beautifully. A quick hit with the dremel small sanding wheel up front and the Johhny Lightning looks right at Home.

 Great job Dan.

Next trip to my Pa. house, no problem. I used a small sanding drum on the front edge of the wheel well to get the tire clear. Then the wheel well had a funny look to it , like the opening was pulled forward. At this point I took it to the rear of the wheel well at around the 1:00 position and gave it a light hit to get the roundness back. It looks slightly larger than the rear but very close. i did 3 like this 1 for myself and 2 for my younger sons. All came out very nice.

Starting to build my collection of DASH cars. Nothing fancy, just a clean NOS TJet and some new wheels and silis! Think I'll need a couple of the Ghias as well.:thumbsup: rr

Nice sampling RR. Is that sled a factory scheme? ..or one of your creations?

Why did you put magnets on a T-Jet?

Go silly fast and stay on the track! My track has no brakes the magnets act as brakes. When you tune these chassis up right they do coast a bit even with the blue and white magnets. Plus we were running them on the floor so when they go off it's a real pain to go fix them!
