Maybe somebody who has been running a jrxs for a while can answer a question for me. I just bought a nice roller on e-bay and came with a diagram. It mentions a one-way center pulley and mine seems to have one. It also has a one-way up front, but I know that is an add-on.

My question is, does everyone with a jrxs run a center one-way? Also what track conditions would favor leaving the one-way up front? The seller threw in the original front diff so I could put it back in. Thanks.

Depends on the type of racing you'll be doing. Oval, OnRoad, Carpet, etc.

Well I'll be doing some of each. I have bought two jrxs's now - one standard chassis and one with the Extreme oval chassis (batteries on left side). I think I have read that front one-way is good for fast, sweeping turns while diff is better for tight, slower turns. Have I got it right or reversed? Also, original question about center pulley. Is one-way the stock setup on a jrxs? Thanks for response.

I use my one-way on a oval course and I use my diffs and spools on a road course. I don't have the oval chasis but only thing I can say is everyone drives different, play around with it a little see how ya like it what's the worst that's gonna happen you have to change it out?

lol

Good luck
