This casting is the closest us kids of the 1960s could get to owning Maxwell Smartīs car from the cult TV show īGet Smartī until Vanguards came out with a 1/43 scale model c2000

This is the mid 1960s facelift model with the smaller fins in bright red as Maxwell Smart drove- shame they didnt put wire rims on it as was common in the 1960s.Great to see this has been made:thumbsup:
heyyyy its quality not quantity that counts - well chosen words are much more enjoyable than bland compliments like īcool` - well done! Some folks post even when they have nothing constructive to add

I like the detachable hardtop idea. I picked up some Norev's last week that had the same concept.

Thanks for the picture I had never seen a Husky package before.

Didn't Corgi or someone make one in blue to honor the James Bond 007 car from Dr NO?

Yes , Corgi did do a specially packaged one that was dumbed down with silver rather than chrome bumpers and released the same casting and colour full spec without Bond labels as a Vanguard
