My car is all rebuilt. Just have to go through electronics, fuel tubing, the starter Box and then tuning the motor, and I'm ready :thumbsup:. Should have enough time for that next week...

Yeah, the prices are just sooo high in Europe... And then with the exchange rate, you multiply that by 1.55 and the math is easy...

That's why I wasn't able to race when I was in France...

well guys martin got about 3 inches of rain in like 20 min today and have no idea what it will look like tomarrow i will post when i know something and let everyone know

Well Guys we will have a new layout sooner than expected, the rain over the past 3 days really played a number on the track so we ripped the whole thing up and are redoing it and making some of the suggested changes and we still plan on running the new track this weekend so stay posted for updates, and we are gonna make the surface better to run on.

The track is coming along gr8, it looks like the rain is finally gonna ease up on us for the rest of the week, i will get more updates and maybe some pics posted soon, once again we are gonna try our hardest to get it ready for this week as of right now the races are still on, remember electric on saturday starting at noon and nitro on sunday starting at 1pm, see you guys then.

I headed over to the track tonight, after 14+ hrs of travel from Europe, and it is starting to look really good. The new layout will be faster with several larger jumps! The new track will by finished before the racing starts Saturday for sure!

MX131 will also have raffles throughout the day Saturday and Sunday and every race entry will automatically be entered into the raffles!

The weather is looking pretty good for this weekend, so come on out for some great racing at the ultimate RC facility in Michigan!

You get stuck working at Neocon or are just looking at finished setups? We bailed out of it, now we call it Nearacon, I guess we bought a building across the street for year round fun. Luckily I never had to work down there.:thumbsup: Have a good time.

I should be running my 777 this Sunday! I am waiting for my throttle servo to install it and get the engine tuned up and ready to rip... The one from last year acted weird when I tried to work on my car last Sunday and I had to order a new one. My car looks awesome... I'm so excited to run it. I hope the servo shows up by Saturday...

Gluing some step pins while watching the Basket ball game... Hope they'll work good on the track...

This weekend is going to be GREAT! Only a few more weeks until the East/West Shootout on July 12th! All West siders should come out to practice as much as possible over the next few weeks, so we can beat the East siders!

Just came back from the track and except for a few minor touch ups, it's done! The new layout is a lot of fun to run with plenty of speed and big air!

Limited power is available, but if you have the ability to bring a generator, it would be appreciated. We are still working on expanding the offering of power throughout the parking area.

Everything is on working order on the 777. I received my servo that I ordered monday night... Now, that is fast delivery...
I can not start my car though, cause it looks like the wheel on my starter box is too small now... I have ordered one, but it won't be there until Tuesday.

I'll stop at Hobby world on Saturday to pick up couple of glow plugs. Does anybody know if they have the RB hot plug available there?

The new layout is ti-tahs! An 1/8 track that 1/10 can run on comfortably. Very nice.

Fathers Day weekend, lots of graduation parties, weddings, people camping and such. There are going to weekends like that. Duke pulled people in Saturday and 90% of them were new people that I have never seen before. The regulars at Dukes had family stuff going on this weekend. Once summer settles in I think people will be more consistent. Duke is going to put his schedule up and is trying to schedule the opposite of MX. Electric and nitro together at Dukes works great. Some guys run electric and nitro because they have both and can do it on the same day. I think your better off running them together rather than separate days. I think turnouts will be small if you have races on Saturday and Sunday. People will get burned out of it when they have to spend the whole weekend to run electric and nitro separate. Most people want to race just once a week. Anything more than that they will get tired of it real quick unless they are single and have nothing else to do. I would love to race once a week but I can't even do that because family does come first. People come and go racing RC's. They get burned out after a while and most will race a couple years and then take a couple years off. I know I will. You only raise a family once in your life. Racing on the other hand you can do several times during your life. Don't forget about the economy too. It's hurting everyone. It's not like it used to be and people are watching what they spend. I'll be out to race off and on. It's just hard with the wife going to college and doing 40 hrs free intern at the hospital. Thats $60 a week extra in gas(damn gas prices anyways) just for her to do that. Next year she will be done and life will be good! She's gonna make more than me. I love it! :thumbsup:

Alot of people work on saturdays .And most tracks around lower Mich And Ind .Race on sats. I think if somebody tryied racing on Sundays it might give a oppiotion to race
Sat or Sunday just a thoght. I don't close shop till 12 or 1;00 on sat. so i'm limited were I can go on sat . my sundays are aways free I usally go dirt bikin.

There already is a track in the Grand Rapids area that races on Sundays and we have been doing it for going on two years now.
