Running electric and nitro this Saturday for this event. Get's everyone together for a great time. After this race it will be Electric Saturday and Nitro Sundays. If a lot of people show up the payback could be huge! Last year at Duke's RC raceplex he paid out over $900.00 for all the classes when he held a cash back race. Come on out and win some $$$ you have a good chance E!

Whoever took those pics I owe a hot dog to.:thumbsup: I didn't know the old rtr could go that high. Also I knew when Don was drooling over a rtr8 (must be desparate) he couldn't stay away from nitro. Just keep it a truggy, don't need to get my butt handed to me at both places. :wave:

Some items are XXX buggy, T4 truck, Losi 8 with RB S7, Jammin' buggy, M8 transmitter, boxes of new and used 1/10 tires and rim, NiMh batteries, chargers, dischargers, ESCs, servos, personal transponders, big box of paint and who knows what else I'll dig up.

Not sure if I'm gonna run or not as I don't think my brushless stuff will be here in time.

We seem to get a lot of questions about which tires work well on the track. For 1/8th scale buggy, PL holeshots and Panther Gators seemed to work well for me. Could the people that have practiced/raced at MX131 already post some information to share with other racers?

There is no charge for spectators. The membership is just for those who want to race or practice.

Yes, there are house transponders available. Power is limited, but there will be a few generators besides the wired power, so we'll make sure we'll get you some power one way or the another.

At the last race, we allowed 13.5 brushless in the stock class. This is not according to the ROAR ruling, but it seemed to work well. Any objections from anyone about running 13.5 in the stock class? If there are no objections, we'll make this the standard rule at MX131.

Well guys we have an experinced/seasoned vet to do our announcing this weekend for our cash back race. So we would like to thank John for stepping up and helping us out. Hope to see you all this saturday the weather looks likeit is going to be great, and we got alot of work done on the track this past week with a few adds and one big removal done hope you all like it.

Yup ran the track tonight with the truggy and it was a blast! The track is much better than it was at the first race. Just wait till you see whats at the end of the straight! :thumbsup:

Yea that is what we figured to try and keep the day on schedule, but depending upon the number of entries we may go to 3 heats and a main but we will have to play that by ear. Our last race ran kinda long but we have John announcing this time so if we can fit 3 heats and a main we will.

9 gallons is alright... My RB WS2 has 18 Gallons on it and it still runs strong, but has its days sometimes, I have to admit...

Is the track open on Sunday or memorial day? I just want to know if it is worth working on my cars when I get out of the plan to get them ready and be able to drive on Sunday or Monday, or if I have the week to do so...

I've ran king pins on my truck and (8) ribbed up front and they work ok. Tapers won't work very good. Go with the ribbs.
