Or maybe just drop them at the start of the straight so they have a few seconds to clear out. It would be easier to get off the track at the turn then in the middle of the straight.

Just got my new Xtreme car magazine and they covered a local race track that has a drop gate that drops the cars in one second intervals depending how they qualified. Now that's fancy! No matter what you guys decide it will work for me. Absolutely love the track. See you next week. Gonna play on another local track by me today. Oh yeah..... Can't wait to see that Black and Orange car again! You have a target on your back! Later Scott

Where did you get it so quick, or did you order it a week ago? So really what tires did you get? Did you get foam inserts, if not I would recommend them? Hopefully fixed the brakes and picked up an Associated Servo or actually on Wednesday I will pick it up for the steering. The 1015 model.

I ordered it Thursday from A Main Hobbies (is there any other place to get stuff from? :)) and it was delivered yesterday! And yes Kevin, you read it right: RC8T! Just for fun though, as my main focus for right now is still on the RC8, but I do want to spent time with it for the nationals next year, as they run Truggy and Buggy in the same event... Running both classes will reduce the amount of down time! I got a set of bow-ties (LPR) and a set of switches, but no molded foams for the switches.... I ran out of money... :drunk: I might take the truggy out to MX131 on Wednesday if I finish the body in time, so I can tune it a little. Otherwise it will have to wait until Friday at FTR.... :freak:

beauty........hey, how was racing today? good showing?

Only had 11 entries (all 8th scale), but it was some great racing. Wanted to throw out a thanks to Edwin, Mike, Gavin, Jeff, & Bobby for helping to get the track ready on such short notice. I'm in the middle of finishing my basement and wasn't able to get to the track at all until Sunday. It needed a lot of help and those guys got it done! Thanks again.

Maverick's been itching all season for some Truggy racing, now Edwin's got one. Calling all Truggy owners, let's get a few more for these last few races.

19th will be the next Sunday I can race. I will bring out the Truggy also plus Edwin will bring his I am guessing.. That makes two of us. We will both be down for the last Factory Tracks Series race this Saturday. Edwin might be there Sunday. I can only do one race a weekend, between work and school I don't see my kids... and my wife. http://img516.imageshack.us/img516/833/iconwuahki2.gif (http://imageshack.us)

There will be four of us for sure. Trying to get a couple of new guys to racing to come down too. Hopefully there will be enough to race. Please post if you're gonna make it. 78 degrees and sun, can't beat it. See you Sunday. Out of curiosity are they racing at Stateline or just practicing? Scott

Dave, yeah - I think so. I heard from Kevin earlier in the week; he said they didn't have anything planned, since they had a lot of other races going on around them and he didn't think he would be able to get enough guys together to race. They might have an "end of year" thing, kind of like what we (MX131) have talked about, but nothing in stone...

I'd like to run at Stateline just because I've never been there before. But if that don't pan out, I'll definitely be at 131 with the buggy. Of course all racing is pending the arrival of either parts for my motor or me breaking in a new motor I've been saving for spring. Hopefully the parts show.
