If you ride dirt bike and rc race MX131 is the place for you! They have what you need. A mile long dirtbike track and a huge RC track. Great facility. Load up your bike and rc's and do them all at the same place. If thats not enough they also have a 1/4 mile drag strip right next to it. Well worth the trip!
Here's some pics of the dirtbike track or go to http://www.mx131.com

Uncle E 06-16-2008, 08:48 PM Don still have the electric stuff for sale?
Losi-Don 06-16-2008, 08:58 PM Don still have the electric stuff for sale?
I would like to do a trade for an 1/8 scale Losi buggy. I don't really want to separate all the stuff. Too much hassle. May just wait till this winter to buy the buggy and the trimmings. If I do that I'll just keep my electric and have both. I just miss racing 1/8 scale. They are so much more fun to drive.

MX131 06-17-2008, 01:49 PM Responded in a PM. Not trying to hype my track in someone else's thread
John
I don't post on this thread very often, but I just couldn't let this go. When we set up our schedule, we tried not to step on too many toes at the other tracks because I believe that its good to have the racers move around. We even planed ahead to not have oposing races when some of the series were running nearby. The tracks I've heard from seem to appreciate this and we appreciate their cooperation. We only race every other weekend on Saturday and SUNDAY. To have another track owner who races 3 days a week, every week, come on this thread and respond to someone asking about our schedule just blows me away. We built this track with the idea of giving people some options without trying to dominate the hobby. You say you're not tring to hype your track on someone elses thread, yet here you are. Seems to me thats a pretty underhanded way to lure people away from our race days to yours, but I guess everyone has to live with their own ethics.
I hope I haven't offended any of the racers with this post, that was never my intent. We'd love to see as many racers as possible on the weekends we race and encourage everyone to visit the other tracks in the area on the weekends we don't. All of the tracks want to believe we're the best, but in reality we're all just different. Different surfaces, layouts, and sizes. Its these differences that make every track special and worth trying out. I know my family plans on going to as many on our off weekends as possible.
Thanks for letting me vent a little and hope to see everyone for our next races on the 28th & 29th.
Hank
airconde 06-17-2008, 02:32 PM Looks like a wounderfull place probally about 2hours for me nic little cruise. I can make a weekend of it.
Tdevil 06-17-2008, 02:46 PM I wasn't trying to start anything and I am sorry I made the mistake of posting in your thread. This person was not asking about your schedule, they were suggesting you move your race days to Sundays. I was making a statement of fact that there are already tracks (Hesperia also races on Sundays) in the area that race on Sundays since he seemed to think that there weren't. Should have responded to the individual in a PM from the start. My apologies.
John
hankster 06-17-2008, 02:57 PM conde, hey, I might go to the MORL race as I should have Sat off. Won't go till Sat morning if I do race. I still have Jim's 8ight... wanna buy it, will make you a heck of a deal ;)
Losi-Don 06-17-2008, 07:03 PM   Hank let me know when you want to go to the Hotel and have a brew, I'm buying:woohoo:

I wasn't upset that you posted on the thread, all are welcome. I guess I've had one of those days where that last nerve was exposed and it just rubbed me wrong that I didn't get to respond first that we also race on Sundays. I shouldn't have made it personal. Apology accepted and returned.
Hank
Losi-Don 06-17-2008, 08:01 PM Which Hank?

Is the track clay, dirt or other?

Its a clay / dirt mix. mostly clay but it's looser on top
Racing starts at 12:00 on sat. signups and track open at 10:00
MX131 06-21-2008, 06:49 PM Just a reminder: The track is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, so you can spent time on the track whenever you want during the week! Races are every other weekend and the track is open for practice the off-weekends! On race days we offer $150 worth of RC items in raffles for all entries on both days, so everybody has a chance to winning something. If you have not made your way out to MX131, you might want to consider coming out to the premier RC facility of West Michigan!
ehartman_49348 06-21-2008, 06:50 PM I had an excellent time at the track today! It rained a little bit today, but that made the track just about perfect!
Are there any plans for pit area/facilities?
