Hello to everyone im from puerto rico and i im thinking about buying a used buggy it is the jammin x1 pro with a os .21 v-spec , today i say it and it ran awesome suddenly it stalled and never power up again the owner says it was the glow plug. tomorrow im going to see it again, something i notice was the high speed needle was screwed very deep and i suppose it was very lean. can you give me some advice to know if the engine is broke or how deep its suppose to look the high speed needle, and tips on what to check out before buying. Any help will be very appreciated.

Check the pinch/compression by turning the flywheel by hand, that should give you some kind of idea about the condition of the engine. high speed needle should be out about 2 1/2 turns as a base setting.

as you turn the flywheel listen for an exagerated hiss sound as it starts making compression. If you hear a hiss or feel it lose compression as you turn it the piston/sleeve is probally shot. the glow plug burning out could be no big deal if it has sat for a while, or it was out of tune and he was running a hot plug, or he uses a ton of after run oil whe he stores it.you just never know until you actually tune it in and see how it performs.
