I have posted in "My Photos" pics of the chassis I just completed for Jeff Davis. This is a one off chassis (unless there is more interest) because it is specially built as a truck chassis only. The chassis itself looks a little un-proportional because of the nature of the truck body itself. Unfortunately the roof height on a truck is over an inch higher and the greenhouse itself is quite a bit shorter from front to back. The rear hoop will be about a half inch away from the body and everything you see on the chassis will be contained in the body. It still looks kinda "goofy" to me because of how tall it is but it is growing on me. I think it looks pretty cool. I will be building a cage ROCKIT car as well as the current ROCKIT chassis. You can order chassis through J and M hobbies or Bob's Motorsports.
Thanks,
Chance

It weighs 6.5 pounds which is very close to the weight of the stock Lightning chassis that I weighed. I tried to keep it as light as possible. The upper frame rails are made of 3/8'' tubing.

Lol yes you might need it! I was actually thinking about it and the Lightning chassis I weighed before was 6.6lbs. This one was like 6.54lbs. so that is pretty cool. I will let you know when it will ship out Jeff. I should be getting it back from powdercoat either today or tomarrow!

I have a quite a few regular chassis in line to build but if I had someone that for sure wanted one....I could have it done within a few weeks. I dont run them myself so I dont want to just build one and have it sit. If there is anyone interested in getting one for sure...it can be ordered either through J&M Hobbies or Bob's Motorsports and I can get right on it!
Thanks,
Chance
