FLOYDFROG 04-12-2008, 01:41 AM For all you Muscle Machine collectors out there: The MM website has finally been updated with wave 2 cars:thumbsup: FLOYDFROG 04-12-2008, 01:46 AM Nice looking cars. The black w/yellow stripes Cobra is awesome:thumbsup: rufus macdoogle 04-12-2008, 05:49 AM for simple, but effective i really like the red mustang notchback. new casting, though it's already snuck out in the series two 5pack. http://www.musclemachines.com/ to see them. Playerz Cars 04-12-2008, 02:32 PM Thanks For The Infor. STILLtheMADMAN 04-12-2008, 09:11 PM I like the Mustang too ! I havn't got the purple one yet. G_G 04-13-2008, 06:11 PM The two Cobras are stunning, I look forward to adding them to the original MM Cobras in my collection. I am dissapointed that Wave 2 has no Trans-Am cars to compliment the Camaro and Cougar from Wave 1. Does anyone know if Trans-Am cars will be continued by MM in future releases? PWSchuh 04-13-2008, 10:25 PM I am dissapointed that Wave 2 has no Trans-Am cars to compliment the Camaro and Cougar from Wave 1. Does anyone know if Trans-Am cars will be continued by MM in future releases? I think the green Cuda is supposed to be the Trans Am car of Wave 2. STILLtheMADMAN 04-14-2008, 03:18 AM Yep ... check out the Green Cuda, & the Black/Gold Cobra, and the Blue Vette. G_G 04-14-2008, 06:47 PM Yep ... check out the Green Cuda, & the Black/Gold Cobra, and the Blue Vette. Hmm, on second look I agree on the Cuda. It is "inspired by" the Swede Savage or Dan Gurney cars. The box set Cuda will probably be in the more accurate dark livery, like was done with the Cougar in wave 1. Not so sure on the black Cobra and blue Vette, those seem more from "generic race car" category. Cobra does have the color scheme from Terlingua Racing Team, but no other touches like they MM is doing with cars inspired by Trans Am racers. rufus macdoogle 04-14-2008, 07:49 PM 2nd wave 5pack has been out for ages and doesn't contain a cuda. greeen 47 cuda appeared to me to be inspired by sam posey trans am dodge challenger that was same colors and number 77. have seen some third wave sneak peaks and they are still playing with some race cars in wave 3. http://www.rohanday.com/71chevcamaro.gif G_G 04-14-2008, 08:38 PM 2nd wave 5pack has been out for ages and doesn't contain a cuda. I've seen those! I didn't realize that was a Wave 2 5-pack. greeen 47 cuda appeared to me to be inspired by sam posey trans am dodge challenger that was same colors and number 77. I see what you mean. http://www.a2zracer.com/img407.jpg So the green Cuda an amalgam of all Mopar Trans Am efforts - color scheme from Posey Challenger, brand and number beginning with "4" from Savage/Gurney Cudas.... have seen some third wave sneak peaks and they are still playing with some race cars in wave 3. http://www.rohanday.com/71chevcamaro.gif Inspired by Chaparral Camaros, perhaps? For me, guessing the inspiration for these race car "tributes" is a lot of the fun of collecting these. Any ideas on the Vettes? FLOYDFROG 04-15-2008, 04:57 AM Please make that Camaro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:th umbsup: vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
