i have a wireless network with a print server attached to my HP laser printer. right now i have it setup so that i can print to my wireless printer from 2 laptops and my desktop. (both laptops wireless, desktop wired). i need a way to disconnect the one laptop from printing only (keeping wireless internet and sharing docs). the network is secured, running windows XP on all systems, and using linksys bi-admin utility for server management. Print Server: linksys wps54g, router: linksys wrt54g. i thats all the info i could think of right now, if you need more let me know.

any help would be great
thankyou

Here is what I would suggest:

- In your wireless router: assign a permanent IP to the MAC address of the laptop that you don't want to print. The laptop will have the same IP everytime it connects.
- In your print server: block any traffic or deny printing from the IP of the laptop in question.

Doesn't look like that model of print server has the option of blocking a specific IP. Since you are using linksys devices, you might try sending them an email on how to achieve this.
