I had to take my dear old mom to her eye doctor appointment this morning and when she was done I stopped at TRU. I found a 1:24 RS/SS 69 Camaro Convertible GM. First time I've seen the big scale stuff in my area. It's a great looking casting with a nicely detailed interior and exterior. It's hard to believe there are only 30 of these in the whole wide world. What's harder to believe is that I found it.

The auction I was refering to, the guy did add that someone told him they are 1 of 40. I guess Greenlight Garage goofed on this one.

I think the 1/24 Camaro's that are hitting TRU are different then the cars that hit Meijer's. It looks like they are black and orange. Meijer's had 3 or 4 colors of the Camaro. So I wouldn't be surprised if the run has a higher number. I'm sure there is more greens than 30. Maybe Greenlight will answer on the amount in the TRU run.

Also showing up at Kmart again. Dont know if its old stock or what but two new cases were at a Kmart I went into late friday night and went to another one and there was another case there. Whats up with that.

Rattlehed is correct, these newer ones are 1:40 for the GM's. The first TRU GM vettes were 1:30.
