My wife gave me a 1/18 scale die cast Munsters Dragula, made by RC2 under their Joy Ride brand. Does any one know if they made a dicast Munsters Coach in this scale. thanks:)

yes ertl or joyrides made a munsters coach in 1/18 scale as well as dragula . they made both in 1/ 64 scale as well racing champions and johnny lightning did the munsters coach in 1 /64 scale as well

My site focuses mostly on 1:64 and 1:18 scales. Corgi has pretty much dominated the other scales, like 1:43 and 1:32.

Yes I agree but then Amt made a model of both and not the best. Hey as long as it is close it will do until some one comes out with a accurate model.:)

I have both Munster cars in 1/18 scale. I also have in 1/18 scale are the Monkeemobile,Speedracer Mach 5, the Flintmobile, and I have the Elite Batmobile on order. What I need know is the Greenhornet,s Black Beauty, and the Pink Panther car that was seen at the end of the Pink Panther cartoon during the credits in the mid 70,s.

You know what would be great if it was made is the Corvette from Corvette Summer. That one I would absolutely love to have.

I'dlove to have the Hearse from either Phantasm or the movie "The Hearse".

I had both of the Munsters 1:18 in the same building with George Barris in February, but couldn't get them over to the table to be signed because I was working :(

ERTL (RC2) made those cars you mentioned. They were cranking out all kinds of great cars under the Joy Ride brand before they ended the line.

Thanks Tex, JJ, and Movie Car Mania. I do enjoy this hobby and it is a very fun genre to collect. I'm trying to remember which car started it all (the 1/18's that is). I'm pretty sure it was the first release General Lee with it's long, long list of inaccuracies (black race car interior, black GL text, wagon wheels, engine, etc.). That one is no longer in my collection, hmmmm, maybe I shouldn't have gotten rid of it when the tan interior GL came out, after all it was my first 1/18 tv/movie car. Oh well, it's long gone now........ besides the new Authentics GL is soooo much sweeter. Now what do I do with the non-authentics versions? hmmmmmmmmm..........lol.
