When You First Purchase Lipos Do They Come Half Charged If So How Much Will They Drop In Voltage?
I Purchased A Lipo Batt And Dont Get Anykind Of Reading Of Voltage.

My understanding is that a lipo should never be below 6 volts. Or damage to the cells will occur. I would be carful with your pack. What pack did you buy?

Lipo's self discharge at a very slow rate. Especially compared to NiCad or NiMh. Sounds weird that your pack is at zero volts!

Yes I would be very careful with that pack. I have purchased 2 lipos so far and they have all been around 7.3v out of the pack. The rate of self discharge is very minimal. I charged both of my batteries last Wednesday thinking I was going to make it to the track for practice but failed to. They came off the charger at 8.43v and are setting at 8.39v today when I checked! Thats not bad for a week of setting.
