Are you asking about putting spacers between the bottom of the pivot ball and the chassis or between the T-plate and the bottom plate?

this raises the rear roll center which should loosen the rear end, you have to make sure to add the same amount of shims between t-bar and pod plate to keep chassis and bottom plate on same plane.
hope this helps

Also, you can just add a small spacer under the front pivot of the t-plat. It places a rake in the t-plate to help create pod droop. I used to use that in my 1:12 car on bumpy tracks.
