Off Topic:

I have a domain name that I am considering selling. Looked through some of the ebay listings, and that isn't the route I want to go.

Curious if any of you have sold domain names, and if you used a service or something.

I don't want to post what it is, but it is a 4 letter .com domain name (not a foul word), and the .net and .org versions are owned by other businesses. I will contact them and see if they are interested (they have emailed me on occassion over the years), but I am getting other inquiries also. Need to try and ascertain a value. I was offered $500 for it today, but I want to obviously get as many slot cars for it as I can.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone here has experience with this.

Not sure how accurate this is, but they host all our work domains...

Thanks.

I went to godaddy, which started me on a search related to selling domain names. Dang - there are alot of real junky domain names for sale, and listed for silly high dollar amounts. Mine might be one of those. :)

In case anyone is interested, I did receive some replies from potential buyers. Not sure how many slot cars I am going to be able to buy with the sale of this domain, or if I even sell it.

I did post a quickie "For Sale" page at the domain, and if you are curious as to what it is, the domain is www.woga.com (http://www.woga.com)

I'll let ya know what happens with it.

If I get an email offer for a bunch of tjets in trade, I'll know where it came from. :)
