Hello, I have a trakpower v-balancer, the gold one. I would like to use it to charge and balance the new SMC lipos. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is an adapter I can use to do this. I would like to just have to buy an adaptor then another balancer all together.

The balancer you have is wired for Orion/peak lipo's. I searched some website that I thought might have on. But, I Didn't come up with one. I saw this adapter (http://www.commonsenserc.com/product_info.php?cPath=32_39&products_id=275) and if you use some female banana plugs, you can make one. The plug should be the same.
Some one else might know of one.

I will have to check the part number but Great Planes has a line of adapters that will work. They are made to work with the Check Point balancer but will also work with the Track Power and the Equinox. I have both the Check Point and the Track Power and they work great.
