Hey guys, maybe someone here can help me. I am currently working on an animation project and I want a particular type of music.

On A&Es Gene Simmons' Family Jewels, there is a track of music that plays whenever the family does their commentary sitting in the living room. Usually it is just two of them at a time talking about the current subjects of the show.

The music is very reminiscent of 50's and 60's type music from sitcoms or advertising of the period. I would love to find out what that track is and where I can get it, or at least something very similar. I have heard similar type music used in recent cartoons, like Ren & Stimpy and other adult type cartoons that are on the air now or have been in the past decade or so.

Any help from all of you would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't seen GSFJ, but those other shows used stuff found on Music for TV Dinners. It was on CD at one time.

Have you been to Videohelper.com? (the licensing is needle-drop) They might have stuff like that, but slightly twisted. Maybe Google "stock music" and "holiday for strings"?
