Hello, I am new to this site(not collecting),in 02 I was sent a VW W-12 concept from the stars of germany series from a German friend,I never saw the casting(MB) again,until I was sent a picture of 1(purple) from a 5-pack,how many colors/releases of the W-12 was done by MB,anyone know,thanks for the read and any help or info you can give me.Craig

Thanks for the info, there is a super fast W12 05 #49 I need,I have the purple from the 5-pak,and also the red from stars of Germany,I have an extra SoG W12 or 1 of several other bugs packaged,bus loose from that series in return for #49 from 05 SF line,thanks again.Craig

My friend from Germany was told at the MB booth 02 toy fair @ Nuremburg, that it was going to be released in the mainline of HWs in yellow(they thought) and it was being released exclusive in a German series to test the VW fans(market) appetite for non-traditional looking VWs, I really like this casting.

I found an orange Masto a few years back that was rather cool. I'd like to see more of this casting.
