Anyone using the 610i to charge lithiums?

I have some Apogee packs that I'm trying to charge. I have them connected to the balancer adapter and get the cell voltages on the hyperion's screen but everytime I try to charge the pack with it connected to the hyperion I get an "open circuit output" error.

Any ideas? It charges them if I disconnect the balancing plug. Also, I'm used to charging lipos with my ICE. On the hyperion it shows the peak voltage on my 2S packs anywhere from 8.2v up to 8.35v while the ICE always showed 8.4v. The hyperion is also dumping in WAY more capacity than what the packs are rated for. A 2S 1500mah pack took 1816mah and my 2S 5800mah pack took 6400mah. Then the charger said "end capacity" but the capacity reading kept going up. What gives?
