There are no rubbers for 1/12. Just foams. Usually it's Jaco purple fronts, white rears that work well. Not from experience, just what I've heard.

as for my Acura wheels... Hopefully some of my connections will pan out. I got some people working on this. If anyone finds anything out, I just want info, not action. Be cool and stealthy!! I wanna make sure these guys go to jail. That's goal #1. That would hurt em for years..... Long after they're out. If I can accomplish goal #1, then obviously goal #2 is seeing them face to face. Some of my snowboarding buds DELIVERED to my house, wheels and tires for me to use until I get some permanent replacements. I never asked for anything at all. They just called and said we got them in the truck and we're on the way. They said I can keep them if I need to. GOOD people!! It just helps confirm my strong beliefs in kharma.

Looks like I'll be running 1/12 tomorrow night. Who's going? It doesn't look like Shane will be racing. That's one position I gained right there. lol. He's been real fast with these things. 93 laps is the mark to beat. Him, Matt, and Brian seem like the current "fast guys". They seem to be a notch above most of us. Who all was in the A last week?
There is a small chance I won't show if we get enough snow (doubtful). We have a nice jump and handrail hidden in williamsburg. We just need a few inches to ride, but it's not too likely. I can't miss any free snowboarding right now. I'm used to going to Colorado every winter for a week, so this is gonna be a painful season for me. :cry:

chad, i am not sure if i (joe) can make it tomorrow night or saturday if we race this weekend, do to other plans i have made but i probably will be there next weekend

Yes.... Rosewood is on. Shane is driving the race bus there. ;) As far as I know it's myself, Shane, Josh, and Jady. Not sure about Ryan. I'm sure we can fit 6 of us if we pack the suburban carefully. Joe is obviously out. Shopping. LOL. :rolleyes:

Not racing at Tidewater tonight, unfortunately. Just couldn't get my act together fast enough. I had to drive around the entire world to score some friggin lug nuts. You'd think I was trying to buy a darn flux capicitor. Finally got em, got my loaner wheels on, but one won't hold air. You get what you pay for. :D It's all good though. I'll just work on getting my act together for Saturday.

If we ever get a break in the weather we will start racing. Rain all day today and more rain tomorrow. I hope to start off road every week on saturdays until we get the parking lot again in April then will run one week onroad and one week offroad. Chad has a new layout in mind and I'm going to start looking for new dirt with more clay in it. The back room is becoming the race room.

I saw a duck at the track today . He had a new B4 and was ready to race. Just kidding. New B4 are due sometime end of FEB . I have 6 on backorder. Track is very wet. My XXX needed a lifejacket just to sit there. Anyway the weather will get better and we will all have fun in the dirt. I'm tqaking saturday off but shop is open.

my dear boy, spirits have been dampened by the weather. No off-road except for in NC. SUCKS. But the sun will once again shine on us heathens in about a month or so. Team RS are we planning on going to Rosewood on the 22nd for there trophy race? Also who is running that GT7 ESC, I need to pick up a new esc. ANyone ever ran a keyence ZERO V Extreme before? What do you think about those two ESC?

chad uses the gt7. hasnt smoked, so i gues it is good

GT7, works well. My only gripe is that big @ss cap it has. If you include the preattached cap and the short wires it has, the GT7 is actually less convenient to mount than a Cyclone. I do like the ability to adjust with the transmitter off. I did notice that a comprable frequency on the GT7 feels softer than one on the Cyclone. Im assuming its because of the added steps in the throttle/brake band. It was actually so smooth i couldnt tell if i had any horses or not. Defintely felt a lack of punch. (with handout motors in the 59-62 max power region, i would have noticed that familiar punchy feel) Seems as if this would be a great speedo for modified... if it doesnt cook! See yas on the flip side!

On the GT7, I agree with Dave. So smooth that it doesn't feel very punchy. Bear in mind that this is in 1/12 scale stock (4 cells). I end up using the most aggresive profile and using +20 throttle expo on my transmitter to get the feel I like. I think for mod buggy and truck, this is the esc to have, though.

I understand there are plans in the works to extend the track a little as soon as the weather lets up enough.
Any chance the track will be big enough to introduce nitro stadium trucks, 1/8 scale buggy or a T-Maxx class?
