i believe John is runnine 17.5 lipo which is about the equivalent of a 10.5 4cell with out the slowing of down cause of he cells dumping.

Okay, after some thinking and deciding Me and king bought 2 new cars off of ebay for $65 each. They are Robitronic Scalpel 1/18 pan cars and we plan on running them on oval:woohoo: and roadcourse:freak:. They are mamba compatible and we plan on using blade cx2 helicopter lipo batterys. If ya look in the pictures the tires are the size of quarters and there is barely enough room on the chassis plate for the servo, esc, reciever and transponder:eek:! Just saying all of this if anybody is interested, its just like 1/12 scale but smaller and the parts are really cheap ($28 for a replacement carbonfiber chassis plate, $9 for 2 tires) Also john is making tires for the car so now we can run em with bsr foams. The whole kit with tires, motor, and body retails for $135 and I am sure that the shop will stock the kits and parts. Dalton and one other fella already has one, lets make this a class!:thumbsup:

Doug, thanks for stepping up our game! Felt sorry for bullit suffering from either ESC or Battery issues. Congrats to Brad (again) for the win. Coulda woulda shoulda's were in my way. Just barely touched Art's rear corner panel on exit of turn 2 and we both got turned around... I won't say a thing about the Marshalling...as the feller was a volunteer. But...if I just had 10 seconds more Brad... I was gainin' on ya! ( Dang it!) was this close to pulling off a win. Things I gotta work on is consistancy a little more and drivablilty in traffic.

Art sorry about the nudge in turn 2. Wow your car looked fast all day. But in the Main... after lookin at the times...Mine was faster I think

However, I qualified 2nd to Art! Man his car was wicked fast. If he'd a tighten it up with that leadin' edge chassis of his...(btw...nice paint job dude!) he'd a had 51 lap plus fast lap for sure!:thumbsup:

his first qualifier... lap 50 his time was 4.966!
Now, that was impressive!

Tighten up that line ART!!! Peanuts where back in the 60 and 70's!

They have a very nice track/hobbyshop located in a shopping center. I noticed posted on the wall the track records. Open Mod was held by Eli Ezrow, go Eli!!! While at Summit I at least got my weekly fix of Paragon.

I'll probably be their Friday night for some practice.. i got your number ill call ya sometime during the day to let ya know. if you still have that legends car you could bring er down and we'll get it running so you can get a little wheel time. I'm swapping the brushless back in my car sometime before Friday. i should be good to go
