It's already been done... well, at least 8 or some-odd years ago...along with the "Bullit" movie packaging. Was done by Racing Champions, looked just like that, except the wheels were too far apart on the old RC casting.
Got one loose in my Mustang display.
..speakin of wheels, I know u said it neede more work, hope yer gonna do something about those 'way-too-wide' monster truck tires, especially in the front...that one front end shot looks like it's about to do some car-crushin'!
