How and where do you order replacement parts for Revell Germany kits?

I Successfully got some replacement parts for my 1/12 F2002 Ferrari a couple of years back. I first emailed my local Revell rep, which was in the UK at the time. They then gave me an email address for Revell Germany. Their initial response was quick - asking for the original barcode from the box + a photocopy of the instructions which showed the parts that were missing. Delivery took about 3-4 weeks, and rather than just the individual parts they gave me whole sprues + also whole decal pages (which I also asked for). All at no cost. So, all in all, very happy.

I don't have the original email address on me anymore as I now live the other side of the world. I would try the Revell German website for a more direct approach.
