I wouldn't want to give an unconditional "yes" without knowing what the price was. I would consider a lower-priced buildup as long as the model was complete.

I haven't seen these go for under $100 in a long while...closer to $125 lately.

I just snagged a built up Horizon Dracula for under $20 on eBay. I posted this thread on the "ya just never know" principle.
