i havent got a prayer in the contest but i enjoyed doing this custom and will do it again next year i hope.
and 69stang i was gonna call it gunn runner but after painting it plum crazy over metalflake silver it just came out show gunn as a play on words. and pat matched the purple perfect on the decals.
i was gonna do a 62 truck but figured everyone else would do one and to my surprize everone did something diffrent and wild.
judges will be people that belong to a full pull truck club as i understand it. so there gonna look for the most that the real ones have so i will see what happens. this truck is so heavy do to me using stainless steel weight box up front and it had to sit for 4 days on blocks in order to get enought glue and jb weld to hold it and keep it from bending down. thanks everyone for your comments:wave:

Have'nt really got a name for this one...It was one of those Truckin' series lowriders from Dollar General. It's a combination of Micro-Machine,Muscle Machine,Ertl, and some scratch built parts,hinged body flips up,rolls nice.

Who beat you? I just went through the pics again and it must have been a tough decission to make. There were maybe 5 of you guys that were all right at the very top! I hope your pleased to pick up a position in that crowd.

i exspected to come in around 6th or 7th. these guys are hard to beat. but the best thing out of it all it was fun. and i learned alot. now if you will i will post one more pic tonight of my truck and i want to thank pat for the decals. it's in memory of john. pics comming soon.

It's a "full pull" as far as I'm concerend!

Cool, it looked like something I was planning to make, instead of having the engine in front, I was going to put the weights in front where the engine would be, and in the back would be the engine. But if you open the door, the engine would be able to slide out.
