There was a slight shipping mishap on some scales and they bounced around in the box a little too much it appears.

One of the scales seems to be in a permanent error state when I turn it on. It reads what looks like OUr2 and bounces between that and UNST if you try to put any weights on it.

The Z/T and C/M buttons don't seem to register either. I can occasionally get it into CAL mode where it registers numbers at like 10000+ and will acknowledge the lids weight, but it quickly turns off the back-light and I can never get it back out of that mode without powering off again.

Does it sound like this scale is toast?

Nevermind, I just ordered 2 of the new scales from lefthander. Not worth worrying over.

The OUr2 is an overweight code. I had the same thing happen to a scale that either was dropped or sat on or something. It's junk.

Kinda what I figured. Chalk it up to a loss in shipping.

Thanks for the confirmation :)
