Due to their size being just a little too much for conventional die-cast storage cases..... does anyone know of or have anything that will fit?
Of the ones that I have released into the open.... they are all in various cardboard boxes with foam to keep them from moving too much. I now have about 5 or 6 ordinary Target plastic bags FULL of Jada's still in the package because I have nowhere to put them otherwise. Slightly frustrating... also, does anyone know who makes or where I might be able to score any more of the clear plastic double-sided cases that Wal Mart used to carry?

Plano Molding was the company that made the Wal Mart cases. I don't know of anything made that works great for Jada. Mine are either displayed in a cabinet I had built specifically for diecast or still in the blister packs.

 I've been using some plastic "fishing tackle" boxes found a WM. They are not as nice a solution as the vertical standing storage cases WM was selling that fit 48 of the HW/MB cars.
They hold the most cars if you place the plastic inserts to form compartments to fit 2 JADA/1BR cars per space along the horizontal slots nearest to the hinges. The 'vertical' slots (nearest to the latch edge) hold 3 cars if you use a still-connected pair (don't trim the flashing between them) of left over plastic insert pieces to set loosely between the cars so they don't rub against each other to scratch the paint.
 They can hold up to 32 JADA/1BR cars if you fit them in it carefully. The case is just thick enough that you can set 2 cars on their side, upside down to each other with tires touching. This is best for the lower profile cars like Corvettes, 69 Camaro and Ford GT's. For the 'vertical' slots fit 3 cars by putting one car upside down on it's roof and the other with tires touching it on top of it and one turned sideways next to those two using one pair of the extra plastic inserts. If you have trucks they will take up more space and you won't fit 32 cars in a case.
:thumbsup:They are made by PLANO, the Prolatch 2-3750 Utility Box with a big 4-27 written on the removable paper label. UPC 24099 03750.
It may not look like the best solution for presentation, but it works to store and protect the cars.
Hope that helps.

I use the storage bins that fit under the bed. They stack up nicely especially when you have 29 filled and one empty....
