I'm still learning the new camera I got for Christmas. And playing with new toys too.

You're doing good with the camera! I just got my M2's the other day and they're great cars.
- Overall quality is first rate.
- Things like hood and door fit was perfect. No big gaps etc.
- The door swing was perfect also and opened snug against the fender and didn't 'stand out' and away from it.
- Window glass fit was perfect and the wing windows attached to the doors was really cool.
- Tire width is to scale, no front 50's on these babies.

My only issue, and it's purely a personal one because I'm older, but I found the chrome plastic bumpers unsettling. I know it sounds weird but I grew up with cast bumpers painted silver withstood a growing boys torment - but I'll get over it :)

... however if GL ever makes their cars with opening doors I'll be in heaven....

They look good. Some of the doors look a little mis-aligned, but macro shots tend to exaggerate this. I hope they start making Mustangs.

Nice models but I need another series of cars to collect like I need another hole in my head :freak:
From the pics I'd say they could clean up the paint details a bit and work on aligning the hoods better, but overall a really nice first effort. I hope they sell well and continue to improve.

Holes can be good, I know I've had some favorites ;) And aeration is good for lawns isn't it? Besides, we collect to fill some void in our lives and it may as well be head-holes...

Buy the first release of six (set 'a') unique castings since the rest are all recolors and if you are not hooked, you can use them for comparison to show what other toys were on the market as your other favorites.

I saw all of these Monday at my monthly diecast meet.

I'll probably get a few of them if they turn up at a store in my area.
