Thanks, I looked at Windtunnel and it looks like just the shock nut and top is red and the body is gray. I think I will pass and just stay with what I have. It isn't "red" to me. I'm just getting all of my aluminum parts red for now.

Lets see here, last 2 times I raced him I beat him so I guess so.

I bought mine from lefthander... They are a really good shock on touring cars, but i have found they take on air when upside down in pan cars.. I have tried every shock out there but always go back to my AE shocks.. If u use the ae shocks with the associated aluminum cap they last just as long as an HPI shock as far as maintinance.. The composite caps let air in.. The AE shocks have always been the most consistent to me..

For what I know, they only make the Tamiya shock with the "hard-anodized" body. Don't really know anyone making an "all red" center shock at this time. Could take one, strip it, and get it done in red (hoping you don't lose too much aluminum in the process)

My 10.5 car is red anodized- track record holder.
Ken's 13.5 car is red anodized- made the show.
Travis' 13.5 car is clear anodized- was in the C.
