He'd advertised a set of rims/tires as new, based on his pic:

And THIS is what arrived:

Steer clear of this con/scammer. He'll twist a story in any direction, and make it seem as if it's YOUR fault you committed to a trade. (He'd make a good prosecuting atty)

His name/address is:
Derek Kuchenmeister
116 Rockford Ave E.
Delano MN 55328

His work address:
17100 Medina RD
STE. 800
Plymouth, MN 55447

DO NOT DEAL WITH! Thanks for your time. :)

Just an update,

He's also registered here now, in a desperate attempt to try and strong-arm me into thinking his daddy is a tough lawyer. And, instead of make the deal right, he's throwing threats around, such as prank-calling my relatives, blasting vulgarities in threads, as well as CLAIMING to be underaged just to get out of his own responsibility. Even going as far as posting false feedback for himself under a diff. username (on a forum to which he is now banned)

Derek, you are truly pathetic. And your father is a poor excuse for a role model, in attempting to railroad me, instead of teaching you how to man-up.

Good luck in life. Sounds like it's going to be an uphill struggle.

No idea, as I've not seen the individual in-person.

take it to the local authorities near Delano MN, you have copies of emails and threats and the fact that he frauded you . you can probably call the postmaster in the area as well and work up a case. you have his information, call the local police. good luck.
