Jon and the crew are among the best with a fully stocked hobby shop they also do online sales. Racing programs that include Off Road racing,Outdoor On Road racing and now Carpet racing coming. The track host a amazing top line over stocked hobby shop,Indoor pits,vending machines,Games along with a TOP notch food stand. Along with many bathrooms.

Watch for Carpet updates thru the season.

There are some very well know Oval and On Road racers helping with advice with this,So this will be a first class track...:thumbsup:

Myself and Jody Miller went to Charlotte RC today to speak to the owner. Things are looking great for this upcoming fall season,look for completion come Aug. We sat at lunch and nailed down some great details. Track looks like it will be same size as Birds. Things will be taking shape real shortly.

Upon our talks at lunch we went thru some details. Tracl will be Newer CRC carpet for sure..jack the gripper traction allowed only. Track "WILL" have a true sub floor. Track will be 100% correct. Jon and the crew there are really looking to have charlotte on the map.

Classes we cam away with.. Simple and most common.

I'm excited to hear this, I live in Ohio but come down to the Charlotte area a couple of weeks or more per year (Family Ties) Now I have a real incentive. It sounds too good to be true.

Stay tuned in this thread when we get fresh new's we will post asap. Work is about to start on New Track in next 2-3 weeks. Plans are to start racing come October indoors, Touring and Oval. Track will be CRC Carpet layed over a SUB floor. Same as Birds and same size. ,,,,Watch for some news on Big Oval and On Road events this fall/winter....:)

Any idea of what oval classes will be ran. I would like to see someone make some rules soon. Some tracks are waiting to see what the classes will be ran at the Birds but, Mike usely dose not release classes untill November. It would be nice to see Rosewood and this track have the same rules so we traveling racers (the ones with 3-5 hour drives) could visit both with out much change.
