I sent money priority to him 2-6, he rcv'd 2-9, then didn't ship for 10 more days. I paid extra for good shipping and he sent by parcel post, no packing in box so radio and truck was damaged. He hadn't even cleaned anything up, truck is in poor condtion! Would not buy from him again. Ron

as far as i can see JD has done nothing wrong and you guys are flaming him for being a slow shipper, if someone states they are having second thoughts about a purchase and the seller refunds the money immediately, why on earth are you complaining???? there are hundreds of sellers that would not even refund you and keep the money as "Revenge".

just seems to be tempers got out of hand and people get offended.

JD 267 just sold me a m8 a couple weeks back, it was in perfect condition, the price was great!! shipping was a little slow, but not a real big deal.I think it was slow mainly because he waits until he transfers the money from his paypal to his bank account, which takes four days. But the item was packed well and arrived just as described.It did take 2 weeks and 3 days from the time I transfered money to his paypal account though.Maybe It wansnt reported to him for 2 weeks because he didnt get the item there very fast.

Well for the first time I think I agree with Scud. I have dealt with John and have been very satisfied with what I have bought from him. I have not had a bad experience in dealing with him and I would most certainly deal with him again. I obviously cant speak for everyone but in my own experiences I have had goodluck with him.

Didnt say my experience was bad, it was good!!.would definitely buy from him again. every thing was just as described. I just didnt anticipate the 4 day paypal transfer, which wasnt a big deal,i will just be preparred the next time I buy from him.

You are making him look bad again. Maybe some of you don't minding waiting forever for your stuff after they take your money. I sure don't. Any of you that took up for this guy and does business like he does put me on your list to never sell me anything. I've tried to buy stuff from jd and he never even showed me the respect of a response. I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from him if he was giving them away. Maybe his buddies will step up and give you a refund for him cause they know what a stand up guy he is. I'm not trying to make you look bad I hope I am. But you do the best job of that yourself. You take the guys money and then ignore him. If your gonna fart around for 2 or three weeks to send his stuff you at least should tell him before you take the money.

like i said i tryed all i can. i called them 10 times!! i shipped out the ice also gave you tracking fed ex lost the package! they even told you that. i dont no what to do. im not going to be out 85 and the charger!! call fed ex like i said ... the 800 number you can get it online. when you talk to them they will tell you i called 10 times yelling at them.. let me no what i can do to help. i dont have the time to call over and over again i work 6 days a week 7 to 7.. sorry let me no what they say and what we need to do

No kidding, it took 4 MONTHS to get a check from them. And they delivered the package with a note detailing how to make the claim, admitting it was their fault.

Hope FedEx works with you better than Brown.

UPS is just fine. I ship with them all the time. I insure packages and make sure the shipping container is 100% and not a crapy box, My paper work is in order just incase of a loss or any damage. I make sure the labels are clear taped down for safety. My longest wait was 10 day for insurance claim payback, and there has been only two. Either company has slip ups, the thing is to have all paperwork in hand and up to date so you can ahandle any problems thrown your way. Yes both companies do have 600 lb gorrillas working for them!

The sender is always the contact point for lost or damaged goods.
If you insured the package, do the paperwork and get the money back. Do the right thing by your customer.

i have all the paper work on the shipping stats... and Alan paypal might help you but i gave you the proof that i sent it out so they probably wont help you... i really dont know... give it a try.. ill call fed ex again .. I AM A GREAT SELLER AND ALWAYS SHIP MY ITEMS WITH INSURANCE EVEN IF THE BUYER DOESN'T ASK.. Fedex wants a receipt to see how much the charger is worth and they will see what they can do. They have been giving me the run-a-round and I am very busy during the week.

I dont understand then why you just dont send me the $$$ back and deal with FEDEX on your own time. Its time to stepup
