Hey guys,I need some help from people in Jackson and surrounding areas(Lansing,Ann Arbor, Detroit ETC).On tues. feb. 19 a fellow racers home was broken into here in jackson.They stole many items throughout the house. But they also got all his electric race gear. Here is a list of a few things that were taken.
Associated FT b4 (a couple years old so this would be hard to spot)Set up with novak speedo and a trinity mod motor.Red, black + white tear scheme body.
Academy SBV2 pro 4wd buggy with 1 day of racing on it.Loaded with a mamba max 7700kv set-up. Blue body with splatter paint.
Radio gear for both was just the basic futaba radio that comes with duratrax RTR's.
Please if you come across people trying to sell these race oriented items that plainly shouldnt have them contact myself or just contact the police.His home owners insurance is giving him the run around because some items were bought used and he has no receipts for them, so uts looking like he's going to be shafted on alot of stuff. He is good on chargers crash, they didnt get those, but he does need some 6 cell packs.His home owners is giving him replacement cost on the 2 cars so he's set there, he had ALOT of spares in the box with them(tires, parts, tools) when it got stolen that he really couldnt put a dollar value on so he's at a loss for that stuff. He is looking for an airtronics m8 or m11 with either a spektrum setup or just fm module with at least 2 receivers. so if any of you out there have a radio along that line collecting dust PM me because he's trying to get things back in order to run outdoor dirt this season.I know he would sure appreciate it.
