Anyone hear any news about a Ford Granada in the 1/60 Fresh Cherries line?!? There was an old thread on here about items "coming for 08", and in it edseldave mentioned that there was a Granada on display at the I-Hobby Expo in Chicago in October 2007, that was supposed to be out around January 2008. I know car companies are notorious for not getting product out in the initially projected month, but I just wondered if anyone else had heard about this car coming out?

Haven't seen anyting since on this board or any of the others. I do remember someone on one thread saying the new FC stuff would be shipped on March 1 to hobby shops/OLD. Personally have not seen any new Fresh Charies since late Nov/Dec.

bring on the blue Granada
my brother had one in that color
it was baby blue with a 302, later we painted this color and put a 250 six in it, this was in about 1983

I have heard that the 1/60 Granada has started to turn up in Canada, but it doesn't seem to have hit the U.S. yet. I haven't even seen one on Ebay.

I really dislike how these cars are now American Graffiti and have that ugly American Graffiti tag on them. That being said, the Granada looks really sharp. I like that diorama you've got going to. Care to shed some light on that?

I have a Town and Country with the tampo, it's on a plastic piece though with woodgrain. I'm thinking it would damage that to put acetone on it.

That looks like a nice casting, one I have to find! When I took Driver's Ed in High School, the car we had was a then brand new, dark brown 76 Granada 4-door with buckskin interior. I can remember when these cars were everywhere, now, you never see one!

I finally located one of these, from a Canadian seller on the bay. It wasn't cheap, but this one seller seems to be the only person who has them available in 1/60.
