Hi All:

I'm looking for the AFX Ford Capri Bodies. I race with www.frhoracing.com (Denver) and starting in May ( still to be decided ) we will be racing AFX J/L, A/W Magna-Traction - X-Traction slot cars. Yes, over two months out, I have already started to build and test my cars.

As a kid in the seventies I had the best handeling slot car and it had a Copper - Black Orange Tint windows Ford Capri Body ( #13). I currently have the White, Blue and Green body and I'm looking for the above and the Blue, Teal and Black body ( #13).

The body does not have to be mint - however, I would like to have a clean uncut body.

I have decided to go with either the Chevy Camaro ( A/W ) body or the Ford Capri.
You help is appreciated if you would suggest another body for racing. We mainly race on Maxx Tracks.

Take a hard look :freak: at the BMW M1 body as well, this is a very low weight and low slung good handeling body.

I have a couple blue chrome Capri bodies (#21) and I put AFX chassis under them and then swapped out the old front tires for O-Rings. What I found was that there was not enough room under the front fender for the slightly larger fronts; the tires would jam up under the body. So, I swapped out the AFX chassis for either the G-Plus or Super-Mag. The fit seems better.
