Trophy Race March 8th

Gates open at 2:00pm, Racing starts at 4:00pm

Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place

classes are 1/8 buggy and 1/8 truggy

Race fee's for this race are First class $25
Second class is $10

Electric 1/8 is welcome, we will run you with the nitro's
and have mandatory pit stop's for the mains.


We will also have a drawing for a FREE TEAM MEMBERSHIP FOR MEDINA RC RACEWAY'S 2008 SEASON.
In order to be in the drawing you must register to race. You must also
be present at the time of the drawing. Drawing will be held after the trophies
have been presented. To increase your odds of winning, you may also purchase additional tickets for $5.

Team Membership's are valued at around $130.00 !!!!!!

All right, I guess I need to be educated a little... How long can the average 1/8 electric run? Should an electric make the A main how long can they run on a single charge? The lower mains will be 7 min...... In the past we set the A mains run times after the last drivers meeting. In the past we have run up to 30 min A mains...... The plan I have right now is to run 15 to 20 minutes.


Also, I have received a few PM's about running a 1/10th scale class.... Any interest out there??????

No problem.. The lap I put on you in the first 15min will give me more than enough time to switch batteries. LOL:p

No problem on this end also. I can run slow enough to conserve fuel so I can get 20 min's. LOL

Yes, I wanted to give people enough time to go to the meeting and make it to the race if they wanted to come.... I will also be attending the meeting, as long as Steve and I have the track ready.......

I have a new Mugen buggy ready to rock..... Well,the buggy's new to me, it's a certified used vehicle........... See you the 8th.......

I will have plenty of fuel for the heaters and will most likely run the overhead heater also.

F.Y.I. Here's the hours.. This thursday we cutting off practice at 5:00 pm and Friday no practice. We will be prepping the track.

Open practice is on Wed, Thurs from:
2:30pm to 8:30pm.
Fridays from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Sunday 10:00am till 6:00pm
Practice fee is $10 per driver

We are watching the weather, we may get dumped on with 2-4 inches of snow friday and an additional 6-8 inches friday night/saturday morning. If weather conditions are bad and the roads are hazardous we will CANCEL the race!!!!! and reschedule it for march 22nd. Please check Hobby Talk on any one of our threads for this announcement.
