Looks like we're in for this race. I'll be looking at the 1/12 scale class. What's a good starting rollout for the CO27 motor? And what tires would be a close start? I'm gonna try recrut some locals from our track to join us.

A good roll out for 1/12 or 1/10 stock with a CO27 is between 1.70 - 1.85 depends on how strong your motor is.

Just so everyone one knows we changed our starting time to 11:00am. This should help everyone who has a long drive. Thanks in advance to everyone who can make it!

What are the hours for Friday before the race? We'll be coming in Thursday. hoping to practice on Friday. What tires will work for 1/12 scale?

The Slider rules are box stock. The only thing you can change is we allow the Losi ball Diff. You can run either the Losi stock battery, or the Dynamite 1500 only. The track record is set with the stock Losi battery!

The SK Mod rules are: A center battery car, no offsets, Trinity 4-Cell spec pack, Closed endbell motor, either traxxas, or duratrax. The Duratrax seems to work better. Spec tires are also required, most guys use BSR spec.

Thanks

For 1/12 Scale I use Black fronts and White or Gray rears, for tires. This setup will also work for 1/10 scale classes too!

Thanks

Who's practicing friday night??

There's a chance I maybe there during the day on Friday.

As for the SK's? I'll have a car with me, Thinking about running two classes, Pending on the entry count. On that note, Which front end are you runnning on these cars? Stock beefy block style or the dynamic front ends? I just want to try to have the car set-up to your rules before i arrive.

Thanks, I have a loaner car from one of our spec racers I'll be bringing along. Actually works out good that you use that frontend. I wont have to change his set-up. I'll swap the entire frontend.
