I thought he had mentioned something about liking the idea of a Jackson Pollock (sort of) feel for that one, but I could be mistaken.

in his story "1408" stephen king mentions that purple covers sell scary books best.
i just wonder if the same holds true for other horror related products and if that was the reason that bama used it in originally.

I was thinking more along the lines of Duchamp's "Nude Descending a Staircase". Of course, being invisible, all you would see IS the staircase...
To answer the question, no. It'll be in there, I'm a sucker for purple, but it is not the primary color...
