Here's Yoshi's Panoz LMP-1 with the Patto's Cup of Noodles/Dragon decals. This is the first HO car I've tried and this one was a booger. It's not perfect, many of the decals were too small for me to read accurately even with a 4X magnifying glass, but I worked with my reference material and the shape of the decal is not the printing. Not all of the available markings are applied since this body doesn't match the exact shape of a larger scale car either.

I haven't put the mirrors back on yet and it was a good idea to take them off if you plan to duplicate the body with this sheet. They will be brass wire stalks with a small epoxy mirrors when I do replace them, for durability. Originally I was going to build the first one, he was going to do the second. That is until he saw the decal sheet and decided one was enough.

Hoo doggy Pete!

Me likey. Sure would like to see that layout on a bright "bug gut" green base color.
I know ya probably cant due to "white background required dilemma"...
but I'm sure you get my drift.;)

Actually Patto's has never had a bleed through problem with me. The white flag and number square on the side is over a black painted panel and it is just as bright as the one over the white panel. I had more of a proportion problem since these decals were probably laid out for a larger scale car, although I have seen them on a Lexan body and they fit well on that too. It's going to be a shame if Yoshi recycles this car to a different paint scheme, this looks so much better in person than the picture shows.

Pete- they're kind of hard to see, but I made some pretty realistic looking mirrors on this old CV88 by using ceramic topped shirt pins and grinding one side flat. I heated the pin to make the hole and then snipped it off inside. Then super glued. I did this on my Taka-Q car also and they have stayed on after years of racing and crashing. ;)

I don't know where you get this kind of pin but maybe look on the wife's pin cushion. :p

I am my wife's pin cushion. Or maybe the little voodoo doll she has of me is. But I know what you're talking about and I still buy high end dress shirts and know those pins well. I may do that for all the cars. I need to do a Red Bull Toyota and at least two of my Saubers.

The car looks great but I may not take delivery. At least as the owner. I looked at the Toyota's and decided they're sort of close to the Nissan R390, so that's where I'm heading.
