For some reason I can't send or you can't receive PM's.....:confused:

NITROJC has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

Double check your PM settings in "My Settings" section and make sure the PM box is checked.

What you explained is clear, And yes the brass "spout" is what you think it is.
