Benracin' 02-11-2008, 02:32 AM T.t.t...
HammerRacing 02-11-2008, 08:17 PM This is going to be the short track race of the season not to miss all classes are close barn burners and its getting more interesting by the week!!!!!!!
FoamDonut 02-11-2008, 08:42 PM Count the FoamDonut in for some 12th scale action. Things are heating up in this class, can't wait for the buzzer to sound. Dave next time you have to lay on the track to see what your looking for. Did you see how much faster my car was after I took that sticker off the hood. Should have the proper fuel cells on the new body come racetime. Watch it go then.
Steve_B 02-11-2008, 08:48 PM What classes for 1/10th pan 4cell? 17.5? 13.5? 10.5? rules?
FoamDonut 02-11-2008, 08:50 PM 17.5 for you Baldwin
Steve_B 02-11-2008, 08:52 PM Any 10.5?
FoamDonut 02-11-2008, 08:58 PM no to small for that I would say
Outlaw 44 02-11-2008, 10:38 PM 17.5 is plenty fast and competitive for this exciting bullring!
HammerRacing 02-11-2008, 10:53 PM -1/10 17.5 4600 4-cell not sure on weight think its 40oz Nascar Body
-1/12 Scale Outlaws Rules???

-1/10 Nastruck, 40oz, 3800 4cell, Nastruck Body Max Rollout 1.400000 or Nascar Body Max Rollout 1.2000000 and 116 or 120 spur only with either body also green machine motor w/spec brush avalable in hobby shop, no drilling, slotting or timing

Steve_B 02-11-2008, 11:33 PM 17.5 - 4200 or 4600?
HammerRacing 02-12-2008, 12:05 AM I believe 4600 4cell in 17.5
Butters16 02-12-2008, 01:25 PM I beleive there is going to be a Pro Kascar brush class (any bushing 27 turn motor and 4600 battery)
And also i beleive it is 41 oz(2lb 9 oz ) for the 17.5 class i will recheck that and make sure
ovalmaster 02-12-2008, 02:36 PM I would like to suggest that we offer a Pro-Brushless class for this race.
We would use 13.5's with wing if needed. I am sure that we can get enough to make a heat or two.
You can count me in!
Tony

mightymidget 02-17-2008, 02:31 PM track opens at 7 am racing starts at 1pm sharp.
Butters16 02-17-2008, 04:55 PM After seeing the crowd last nite , the Jeff Sears race should great race to watch.
3 heats and 1 main
Outlaw 44 02-17-2008, 08:19 PM Haven't been to Plattsburgh in a while, can't wait to be back for some of the most competitive racing in the Northeast!
Got a question. If I could convince some guys from Granby to come up for the JSMR with some Losi Sliders, would you run em seperate or would you run em with the other 1/18th scales?
Butters16 02-17-2008, 10:32 PM are the sliders stock or mod. that would answer that question. the 1/18 scale is box stock motor and 1100 battery.
Outlaw 44 02-17-2008, 11:27 PM I know they run box stock except for the batteries, they run up to 1400mah I believe.
They run the stock rubber tires and no mods to the chassis or the body.
RacingDAVE 02-18-2008, 02:33 AM One Question?

wkbracing 02-20-2008, 06:45 PM Anyone wanna spill the beans on what the hot setup for tires is?:D
you can also try pearls on the left front and left rear,
a 70/30 silver grey right front and a pearl/white 50/50 right rear, this also works if you need a little more bite. tommyguns suggestion and this one both work well on my car there, depending on how the track is,
temp/traffic/groove.
Butters16 02-20-2008, 06:48 PM Looks like the 17.5 Brushless class will be the class to win with all the Top Guns in it , even a King will be there
Outlaw 44 02-20-2008, 07:25 PM Thanks for the tire tips guys!
ovalmaster 02-21-2008, 09:53 AM Looks like the 17.5 Brushless class will be the class to win with all the Top Guns in it , even a King will be there

mightymidget 02-25-2008, 08:16 PM i strongly believe that this years Jeff Sears race is going to be the best one yet, here's my annual midget picks

RCRacer00 02-25-2008, 08:50 PM I'm doing my best to get a few guys from down here to join me to attend this race. I'm really itching to get out and race. I think since August I've got out maybe three times. I have a new 1/12 scale built and fine tuning it now. What is the Runline of this track?
Butters16 02-25-2008, 08:59 PM run line is about 88 foot
ovalmaster 02-26-2008, 12:34 AM Mike, enough with the excuses. Bring your new 1/12 scale ride and get your a$$ here!!
Who knows, maybe I will make a guest appearance in 1/12 scale if you come down (that means that Dan will have to revise his predictions).
Race should be alot of fun.....PS - "bring your own weed"
later,
Tony
RacingDAVE 02-26-2008, 02:31 AM HUm....
Should I run 1-12th also?? Maybe we will see! I really don't feel like building motors... this brushless thing is better than slice bread, but building motors is for the birds!
