Looks like this guy wants some satisfaction, the one in the photo did not look broken, but it was bent up. Why would you buy it, if it can't work? The seller should have tried to work it out.

I did this once...way back when digital Cameras were just coming out and not everyone on the bay took pics....Still use that SONY Mavica floppy disc camera as it just keeps on keeping on.
The item I bought was a "Ryder Semi Cab Over" and the description said that any AFX collector would be proud to have this in their collection..blah, blah, blah....No Pictures.
I ended up getting a piece of junk that was painted up all over the place. Tried to be nice with E-Mail but, then the replies started getting nasty. I left negative feedback and re-listed the item with pictures and put the sellers description in my Auction and then corrected it as I went with visual to back it up.
This seller has low feedback and just learned the hard way...not his fault but, it happens. Dishonest people SUCK!
The only thing that could be bad about this is that this seller put this up for $1,000.00. Somebody could start a new account and jerk this guy by putting in a bid, not pay and then have to explain to the bay what happened and try and get a non-paying seller refund....aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
I would have put this up for a much lower bid but, this guy has the right idea! Very Nice.....Revenge is best served up cold on a plate.

I used to be a COX freak when I was a teen. Cox rivaled my slot car addiction. I had the Pinto Funny car, still do... several airplanes, and the Dune buggy. Almost all my friends had one COX car or another and we would try to set up races... the only problem was getting them started at the same time.
after you ran them for a while, it was an easier to get them started within in a 1 minute or so timeframe. Man, we had some unbelievable races! When the electric motor cars came out, at first they didn't have enough juice to run on anything other than a perfectly flat surface... and there weren't too many of those around in the rural town I grew up in.

Pretty funny and clever. Tony Soprano: "Revenge is best served with cold cuts." :p
I had a friend with the Shrike gas powered car. He just about chopped his finger off before getting rid of it. I had the dragster. It was sooo cool I'd love to find another one just to put it on a shelf.

Good for the him! Somebody lists something as excellent, then replies that it is just old and played with, period? Pity the fool that sells it to me.... I'd get 'em for bait and switch. That is why I am always very careful how I pay for something on fleabay- no bank transfers for me. Very few bad eggs selling the stuff I buy, those that are there need to be suitably tagged - or tarred and feathered.
