Can someone explain to me why I see NOS Magnatraction cars with the clear band and some with just a rubber band? For some reason, I thought the rubber banded cars were from international.. I don't know why I thought this?
Was there a specific time line when AFX went to this type of packaging? Seems G+ cars were released with just double sided tape?

Any history on the subject would be appreciated.
