I was wondering how much differicne there is in running a 10.5ss and a 4300 motor. I know one is sintered and one is not but is there really that much differnce or is it similar to a good tuned brushed motor vs a out of package motor. Meaning a good driver could win with either in a class.

The 4300 was renamed the 10.5 .......... all the new 10.5 comes with a sintered rotor .......... which makes the motor run cooler. If you pick up a new style motor with the ribbed can you should me all set.

Or put a sintered rotor with larger bearing and endbell in a 4300 (if you already have one lying around) and you got the same thing.
