I couldn't make it to this years 'Birds. Ohh maaan - of all years to miss it - they finally moved it to a great facility and ditched the Paragon. I'm bummin' big time. Oh well - next year it'll be that much more enjoyable. I gotta always remember - the glass is 1/4 full - not 3/4 empty. :thumbsup:
Anyway, I really missed seeing my long-time oval racing friends - there's too many to mention by name. I can only assume the racing was awsome and the guys showed up with their typically stunning looking paint jobs and equally stunningly engineered chassis.
Eventually I'll find out who used what body style (and brand) to TQ and to Win but it'll take me forever to get accurate results. Maybe the guys that were there (and TQ'ed or won) could help me out a bit with that informaton.
If possible, could anyone (who knows the details) please post the style & brand of the bodies used in all the OVAL CLASSES at the 2008 Snowbirds.
I know that there'll probably be some Protoform brand bodies listed - please list whatever the brand and style it was that TQ'd and/or Won at the 'Birds.

I gotta fly out in the morning for the Nurnburg Spielwarenmesse in Germany. (that's kraut-talk for "Toy Fair" and trade show) I'm hoping to learn more about where the whole r/c racing scene is heading. Be back on the 11th. Hopefully there'll be some informative posts before then.
