I think QC at Greeenlight should have caught this one before it left the plant.

Holy cow! Maybe that's actually a super realistic attempt to recreate a "fiberglass crack". :freak:

I received an e-mail from Matt at Greenlight today about this car. Matt is sending me a replacement car.

Talk about a company that cares! There are defects and quality control issues with many diecast companies, but the people at Greenlight take the time to listen and correct the problems.

Thanks Matt!

That's one of the worst flaws I've seen from GL.
I applaud GL for stepping up and replacing that car. It shows that they do care about us collectors.
Hey GL...I'll continue to buy your cars.

How'd ya manage that? I have a Shelby that had a paint bubble on the side of the hood and has since become a paint chip...I'd love to get a replacement. It's loose though.

Contact Shelby at shopshelby.com or 702-942-1716. No idea if they will do anything- but no harm in trying (?)

I received a replacement Greenlight yellow 1966 Corvette in the mail today from Matt at Greenlight.

I would like to thank Matt and the crew from Greenlight with their concern about the quality of their product. There aren't very many companies that would go out of their way and do something like this.

I got my UTH Club membership and the UTH 1970 Plymouth AAR Cuda in the mail today too.:woohoo: It'a a beauty!

WTG Greenlight!
