This is the one from the DVD Special Edition boxed set. I just bought one from the 'Bay. Should be here next week. Just wondering if anyone here had one and could post some pics of it.

View Full Version : Anyone have the little Spinner yet? robiwon 01-27-2008, 08:50 AM This is the one from the DVD Special Edition boxed set. I just bought one from the 'Bay. Should be here next week. The 1980's movie Blade Runner was just released in a boxed set. Along with the DVDs it comes with a 3-4 inch diecast and plastic Spinner. The Spinner is the flying police car in the movie. There was a series if dicast cars from the movie made by Ertl I believe around the time the movie came out. SCOTTYK 01-27-2008, 12:26 PM HERE'S SOME PICS, AND THE ORIGINAL FROM A LONG TIME AGO . http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y5/SPACEMAN3/IMG_7096.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y5/SPACEMAN3/IMG_7095.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y5/SPACEMAN3/IMG_7094.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y5/SPACEMAN3/IMG_7093.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y5/SPACEMAN3/IMG_7092.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y5/SPACEMAN3/bladerunner2-1.jpg . robiwon 01-27-2008, 01:04 PM I had Dekard's car, the brown one, but never had the original Spinner. I'm glad I got a new one for a good price. Thanks for the pics. Anyone else? PWSchuh 01-27-2008, 06:25 PM Ah, OK. That Spinner. That original Ertl set is very pricey when it can be found. Is this new on a 1/64th scale or 1/43 scale or something else? robiwon 01-27-2008, 06:59 PM I would have to say it's between 1/64 and 1/43, probably around 1/50. It's bigger than the Ertl at 4 inches in length. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
