Does anyone know which company makes a 1/64th scale '65 Shelby Mustang GT350 in white with the blue stripes? I'm looking for one to add to my diorama.

CJTORINO 01-24-2008, 06:07 PM matchbox makes a very nice '65 Fastback in that color scheme. it's an older release, but it should be readily availible. if I were brave enough to dig out all the snow from around my shed, I would get one out and show you a picture of it on the card. SD64 01-24-2008, 06:13 PM Mattel Legends (Hotwheels) does a very nice '65 GT350. It is from the Jay Leno Collection. These cars can be found in a 4 box set, but I purchased mine individually. There is a set on ebay now. The detail is excellent for this scale. The Cobra rocks too. http://i13.ebayimg.com/01/i/000/92/72/b1cd_1.JPG A quick search found an individual car too: http://cgi.ebay.com/Hot-Wheels-Jay-Leno-Shelby-Mustang-GT350---MIB_W0QQitemZ260205349863QQcmdZViewItem?IMSfp=TL08 01211010a18547 These are bit pricey, but worth it IMO.... hunt around and you may be able to find them cheaper. wannafbody 01-24-2008, 10:04 PM I think Jada has one out now. Check WalMart and Kmart. Stangfreak 01-25-2008, 12:04 AM I have about every Shelby Mustang made by all the companies, and that HW Jay Leno one that SD64 posted is by far the best !!! http://photos.hobbytalk.com/data/500/HW_65_Shelby_Mustang.JPG roadrner 01-25-2008, 08:59 AM One of the best looking 'Stangs ever made. IMO :) rr SD64 01-25-2008, 06:52 PM Ah....thats a good photo of it Steve. You can see the correctly placed spare tire in the back window. The engine detail is nice as well. GLH Turbo 01-25-2008, 09:15 PM Thanks for all the replies guys. I have see the Jada one at Wally's, but it is too out of proportion. I think that the wheels and the casting is over sized for 1/64th scale. The Jay Leno Hot Wheels one is exactly what I am after as I want something very realistic looking. If anyone has one that they would part with, I'm interested. No_Ice_Kustoms 01-26-2008, 03:06 AM Thanks for all the replies guys. I have see the Jada one at Wally's, but it is too out of proportion.
