What is a good gearing for a 13.5 Manual said 2 teeth lower than a 27t motor but that doesnt sound right.
I heard around 3.0 to 3.5 roll out.

What is a BSR double Pink compared to a BSR Green will they grip the same or what.

Thanks
Taylor

Just like any other motor the gearing depends on the track. If you're wondering where to gear your 13.5 for Ft. Wayne try asking in the Ft. Wayne thread. I'm sure somebody will help you out with a starting point. Judging by the lap times that are run at Ft. wayne if I were going I'd probably show up around 3.30 and go from there.

if your run line is 130' flat track i would start around 2.70 and check the motor temp after the run. the track i race on has a 135' run line 21.5 lipo combo am rolling out at 2.90 and 10.5 with 3000 wt pack around 2.50 hope this helps

The track we race at the runline is about 140 feet and gearing ranges from 3.05 to 3.30 some at 3.40 in 13.5.

At our local track the runline is 130 give or take.. the fast cars roll around 3.20. If you go any higher it really slows the cars down.. It seems if you under gear the motors can still run somewhat strong, they just seem to heat up quicker, but if you over gear it really kills your grunt out of the turns..
